The Gospel of Luke | The Kingdom Is Here - Luke 11:14-23

Pastor Steve Lindenmeyer continues our series in the Gospel of Luke and preaches from Luke 11:29-36.

In this passage, we see Jesus take an opportunity to confront the evil of demanding a sign from God. Using several Old Testament stories of repentance, Jesus shows us that repentance responds to the truth, rather than demanding proof of the message. Pivoting to make his point in a different way, Jesus says it's the way we see the truth that illumines our lives and allows us to respond appropriately to his preaching.
